Our History
Hillside Manor Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center, LLC, has been proudly serving the greater Queens community and the surrounding five boroughs of New York City, since 1975. Our facility has been privately owned and independently (family) operated since its’ inception. We offer free, onsite parking and are conveniently accessible by public transportation, including, MTA Bus, Subway, and LIRR.
The organizational philosophy, vision and goals have always been aligned to create a living environment in which our residents are cared for with the respect, dignity and compassion they so deserve. We encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible in their daily living routines by utilizing facility resources, technology, innovative clinical and non-clinical programs, and comprehensive services.
Our Facility
We offer a comprehensive array of healthcare and rehabilitative services for both the short term/post-acute care and long-term care populations. Our skilled professional staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, rehabilitative specialists, case managers, social workers and therapeutic recreation leaders provide exceptional service you would come to expect from an established leader and innovator in healthcare.
